Introduction

Zywa is a leading neobank application for Gen Z and young adults which I discovered earlier this week, I was curious and wanted to know more about Zywa so I proceeded to their website. I saw the beautiful work they are doing and how the team is trying to bank the younger generation, while ensuring they make right financial decisions. But I discovered a problem, although the vision and idea is top notch, the current website has some minor visual design issues like alignment, spacing, typography and minor copy writing issues and generally, I think it is due for a new and refreshing experience.

This website redesign project aim to create a more intuitive and user-friendly interface to enhance the adoption of the Zywa app and to attract more Gen Zs (The target audience).

The new website will feature a modern and clean design with easy navigation, colorful illustrations and playful animations to gain the attention of its intended target audience.

Redesign

With regards to the 10 usability heuristics for User interface design by Nielsen Norman , here is my proposed redesign of Zywa Landing page which will pose a significant step towards improving the customer experience on the website and increasing customer conversion rate.

In the redesign, I made sure I maintained the same visual identity of the current site

Sections and animations

Hero section

The hero section clearly shows core Zywa features with colorful illustrations that depicts sending and receiving money, coins called Zyons and Zywa gems called Zems. It also clearly showcases how the app and card looks like so new users can see what the Zywa app looks like at first glance. The hero section then finishes with top industry professionals endorsing Zywa.
